Kougaiji - DA Ranger Kougaiji month

So... I'm doing another contest/character of the month thing for the DA Rangers. This time, it's Kougaiji, for their Kougaiji month.

I promise this is the last time I use black backgrounds for a while! Promise!

Anyway. I've never actually seen Saiyuki (or heard of it, prior to this contest), but I did like Kougaiji's design, so I decided to enter. Maybe I'll do a traditional art contest soon? I think I'm much better at pencils than digital. I suppose that's what happens when one attempts to teach oneself Photoshop...
